Stephen joined the group in January 2004 and became a director of Intrust Limited on 1st June 2004.
He is responsible for overseeing the Accounts and VAT Departments as well as having an involvement with personal taxation matters.
He is professionally qualified having been admitted as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 1988 and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Business Administrators in 1995.

Francesco Meduri is Director of Legal Services (Notable Services). He practiced commercial and corporate law working as an associate lawyer with Romolo & Ruggiero law firm in Italy and as a legal counsel for Sviluppo Italia - Italian Agency for enterprise and inward investment development.
He moved to London in 2003, where he obtained a first class LLM in International and Business Law and gained experience in a city based practice. He is a fully qualified lawyer and member of the Law Society of England and Wales and STEP.

| Profile of Kevin Hall, VAT Director |
|
Kevin Hall first focussed on VAT in 1998, whilst developing a broad range of skills in operating tax structures, and soon chose to specialise in the young, complex field of VAT. He now belongs to the VAT Practitioners' Group and is a member of the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW.
Kevin has been resolving VAT issues for many clients over a number of years in a variety of industries, including international goods and services, yachts, artworks, real estate, transport/ logistics, compensation payments, charities, tour operators, and so on.
He regularly liaises with VAT authorities, provides opinions for clients, and ensures the accurate and timely completion of VAT forms for traders. Through his network of contacts in Europe (and beyond), he provides true international VAT support to his clients, using local knowledge and surmounting local language barriers.
Kevin took his degree at Oxford University, before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
